Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site and in our instant quote tool are estimates based on the vehicle size and condition you tell us. If the vehicle is materially different when we arrive — heavy pet hair, mold, biohazard, or damage not disclosed — we will tell you the revised price before starting. You can decline at no charge at that point.
Price-match promise
If you have a written quote from another licensed and insured mobile detailer in Washington County for the same scope of work, send it to us before your appointment and we will match it. It must be a like-for-like package, not a partial service or a promotional one-off.
Booking and access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle, including keys and a parking space we can work in. If we cannot access the vehicle at the agreed time we will wait 15 minutes, then treat it as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a vehicle we cannot access on arrival, may be charged a $50 trip fee.
Weather
We work rain or shine using covered setups. We reserve the right to reschedule ceramic coating and paint correction appointments when conditions would compromise the result, at no cost to you.
Satisfaction guarantee
Inspect the vehicle with us before you pay. If something is not right, tell us and we will correct it on the spot. If you find an issue afterward, contact us within 7 days and we will return and fix it at no charge.
Vehicle condition and liability
We are licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing clear coat, aftermarket wraps or films that lift during washing, loose or damaged trim, or wear that becomes visible once dirt is removed. We will point out anything we notice before we start. Remove valuables before your appointment; we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept card, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Ceramic coating bookings may require a deposit, which is credited to the final price.
Coating warranty
Ceramic coating durability terms are stated in writing at the time of application and depend on you following the aftercare instructions we provide. Damage from automatic brush washes, abrasive chemicals, or collision is not covered.
