What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, service ZIP code, and details about your vehicle and the service you want. When you call or text us we keep your phone number and the content of that conversation. Our website also records standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to quote your job, schedule the appointment, contact you about that appointment, take payment, and follow up on the work. We may send you occasional service reminders. We measure ad and search performance in aggregate so we know which channels bring in work.
Text messages
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your quote and booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a job you have already booked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business: our scheduling and lead database, our payment processor, and analytics and advertising platforms including Google. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google advertising in your Google Ads settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@hillsboromobiledetailing.com or call 971-571-3621 and we will handle the request within 30 days. Oregon and California residents have additional rights under state privacy law, and we honor those requests through the same contact.
Data retention
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for service history, warranty, and tax purposes. Requests that never become bookings are removed on request.
